FIA admits human error affected Singapore Sprint Qualifying

The FIA acknowledges that human error occurred during Singapore Sprint Qualifying when Race Control failed to properly manage overtake mode availability following the SQ1 red flag.

Race Control left overtake mode unavailable after the SQ1 red flag, briefly restored it for 27 seconds and acknowledged that the mistake affected some cars.
